Come celebrate Gay Pride Month in the Forest Preserves!
The Northwest Side Coalition Against Racism & Hate is co-sponsoring a very first "Pride in the Preserves" event, on the Northwest Side of Chicago with the Forest Preserves of Cook County to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Stonewall. This event is a LGBTQIA+ celebratory, family friendly picnic and afternoon of fun! Activities will include Storytelling, Dress Up, Creative Writing Workshop, Theater Games, and Face Painting Stations, Nature Table with the Cook County Forest Preserves, Art Activities & Sidewalk Chalk. Bring your own picnic and beverages and join the fun!
